I have just been approved a mortgage to buy a home with the help from Irish mortgage corporation. They have been great from start to finish. Very professional but yet making it seem so easy . I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to get mortgage. Paddy Carolan and mell Carroll it’s has been a pleasure doing business with both of use. Everything use have done for me I will never forget . You have went above and beyond. I would like to thank both of use and keep up the great work. We are delighted that we decided to go to Dave when we were applying to re-mortgage our house. His knowledge is second to none and we had complete confidence in him throughout the process. He was always at the end of a phone if we needed to have something explained and answered emails with lightening speed. March of 21 myself and my partner decided to apply for a mortgage for our first home together. Absolutely clueless to what the process would entail. We met with Dave who talked us through our options,explained how the process would go and backed us when needed. Once we had our approval and house was secured we met Clare who helped us through the drawdown process and chased our lenders whenever we requested. We are extremely grateful for both Dave and Clare, we wouldn't be where we are today without them. We just got the keys to our home Friday and could not be happier. Colin Rockett and extended team walked us through the mortgage application process in plain English. From clearly explaining the real monetary benefits associated with the offers from each mortgage provider, to providing online document requirement checklists and automated reminders to keep the application on track. We have used IMC twice now to guide us through mortgage application and then switching process. We will continue to use them into the future and confidently recommend them.

Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and professionalism from IMC. Our primary point of contact was Colin who walked us through every step of our first time buyer application. The advice provided was second to none. The speed of service helped us secure our dream home and ensure the application and sale process went smoothly. Colin walked us through every step of the process and kept us up to date at each step. We signed a 1 year rate and will be going back to Colin in IMC to manage our switching mortgage business going forward. We also engaged with IMC and James to arrange our mortgage protection. We are first time buyers and to say we were at a loss as to where to start was an understatement. The choice of approaching IMC was the best decision we made as first time buyers. From our first phone call we felt more confident, reassured and aware of what we could afford and the steps that were involved. We also secured a mortgage that we don’t think we would have got by approaching the banks directly. To anyone who is buying a house, we can not recommend Irish Mortage corporation enough!
