I wish I can say that I have positive experience with Irish Mortgage Corporation. They agents are always busy, perhaps genuinely busy. The business model isolates customers from the financial institutions. That is ok if their agents are responsive and keep the consumers updated. There is no way to escalate. Their phone numbers don't work. Really sorry state of affairs. I hope they realise they are playing with customers likelihood of having a home. I wish someone with a bit more focus on customers calls me back.

Couldn't recommend irish mortgage Corp enough, so happy with the excellent service. Being able to do everything online and especially theinstant message WhatsApp-like messaging was so easy to use. Disappointing experience and result for my mortgage switch with Avant money. My application dragged on for months and feel ICM could have handled certain things better. However, the majority of the blame and delays were with Avant who are very difficult to deal with. I have to thank Eoin from ICM for his support and help throughout the process as he was always a pleasure to deal with.
